Every donation helps equip someone with the skills, confidence, and opportunity to earn a living and support their family.
Measuring Impact
- Trains and equips ± 500 unemployed people per year in 8 market-related skills (offered at LtE Khayelitsha, LtE Hermanus) addressing a skills and knowledge shortage.
- Equips all students in basic financial and life skills, thus addressing any existing life skills gaps.
- Offers psycho-social support and Gender Based Violence interventions.
- Enhances the quality of life of people and facilitates the restoration of self-respect and dignity.
- Is a dynamic organisation, continually evaluating its current programmes and their effectiveness, always being prepared to make required paradigm shifts.
- Promotes and models principles of tolerance, competitiveness without reprisal, self-sustainability and responsibility / citizenship.
- Collaborates with other organisations to address issues of poverty and unemployment.
