We equip people with the confidence, practical knowledge, and life skills needed to build sustainable livelihoods and support their families.
Every programme combines vocational training with personal development, financial literacy, and workplace readiness.
All Learn to Earn courses include our Life Skills course. An optional Discipleship programme is also offered, Learn to Earn currently makes use of the Alpha Course.

More than technical training
Following our viewpoint of 'a hand up – not a hand out' all students are required to pay towards the cost of their course at LtE. By paying a part of the fees for their training, students become contributing partners in their own development and have a greater sense of ownership in the change of their circumstances.

Every student also receives training in:
- Goal Setting
- Communication
- Conflict Resolution
- Gender-Based Violence Awareness
- Optional Discipleship Programme (The Alpha Course)
Application process:
Step 1:
Follow our Social Media pages & add our WhatsApp number (Khaye: 0769736619 or Herm 0715853836) as a contact on your phone.
Step 2:
Look out for the posts/status updates with info on the course interest lists opening dates.
Step 3:
When course interest list is open add your contact details.
Step 4:
Your name on the list = added to a LtE WhatsApp group and invited for an assessment.
Step 5:
Come to Assessment Day at campus and write assessment.
Step 6:
If you pass, register for the course and then start on the next available course.
You will need to pay the R300 non-refundable course registration fee to book your place on the course after the assessment – card payments available.
All courses include Life Skills and Alpha (optional), other supplementary courses offered are Business Essentials and Job Search.
