Students are taught a range of sewing skills using both industrial and domestic sewing machines and overlockers. At the end of the course, graduates will have a range of sample garments as well as a workbook/portfolio of skills learnt.

Offered: Khayelitsha only
Entry Requirements:    Basic literacy and numeracy assessment, course participants will need to daily access have a domestic sewing machine at home.
Course Duration: 12 weeks
Times: full day, Monday - Friday
Cost to student: R900 (R300 registration fee + R600 course fee)
Cost to Learn to Earn:
